IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to COVID19 restrictions depending on the country affected, delivery time can be increased by 40 business days. International delivery can take anywhere between 15–30 business days. Deliveries in the US are shipped by YunExpress, e-packet, or USPS - a postal service that can take between 7 and 14 days. Shipping time – Once your order is on its way to you, the amount of time it takes depends on where you live. An additional 2-4 days is taken by the shipping company to get the order ready for shipping. Processing time – Following order confirmation, quality assurance and packaging, your order will be dispatched from the warehouse within 24-48 hours. We are interested in moving this to the United States if you have referrals! Otherwise we aim to get orders ready for collection for the next working day. We offer a click and collect service free of charge, if required for a particular day please get in touch with us. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer so please check this in advance of your purchase. Should you require overseas shipping please contact us for a quote. Should you require delivery on a particular day please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your needs, you can do this by ‘leaving a note on your order’ on the shopping cart page, or you are welcome to call or email us. All items are packed in-house, we send everything fully insured and posted using Royal Mail signed for next day delivery that will require a signature upon receipt. A member of staff will contact you to arrange personal delivery of your item adhering to current social distancing measurements. We are also offering local delivery, within a postcode catchment area which you can check at the checkout in the shipping section. Should there be a delay we will get in touch with you. All our deliveries over £100 and within the UK are free of charge, delivery is subject to stock availability and we aim to deliver within 3 working days.
